A majority of our firm’s criminal defense work is handled by Attorney John Swanson. A significant percentage of Attorney Swanson’s criminal defense practice involves defending people charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI).  As a prosecutor, he gained highly technical knowledge and experience in the administration of Field Sobriety Tests, breath alcohol testing (i.e. breathalyzer), blood alcohol testing and the various evidentiary and constitutional issues associated with DUI charges.
