Attorney Gould practices in the areas of Real Estate law, Landlord Tenant law, Commercial Litigation, Business law, Estate planning, Probate, and Labor and Employment Law. Throughout her career at Gould, Killian & Wynne, she has represented both individuals and businesses in a broad range of both transactional and litigation matters. Attorney Gould is dedicated to personal service, and has the experience to handle many difficult and unexpected situations that may arise during the course of your legal matter.
Attorney Gould received her J.D from Boston University in 1991, and her undergraduate B.S. degree from Union College, cum laude, in 1988. She is admitted to the Connecticut Bar and the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut.
While at Boston University, Attorney Gould was a Note and Comment Editor of the Annual Review of Banking Law and author of "The Trend Toward a Cashless Society-The Point of Sale Electronic Fund Transfer," published in the Annual Review of Banking Law, Volume 10. |
